Qualifications

• Ability to manage cash handling and basic banking transactions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone, answering questions and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains consumer and business accounts, IRAs, CDs, credit cards, and more.
• Performs teller duties: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, currency counting.
• Discusses and processes new consumer loan requests as needed.
• Identifies referral opportunities and documents referrals using CRM tools.
• Builds client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Maintains accuracy with minimal errors and adheres to regulatory requirements.
