Job summary

American Bank & Trust is seeking a courteous and reliable Teller to provide exceptional customer service, identify banking needs, and cross-sell products. You will perform teller duties, process transactions accurately, and support IRA distributions while staying current on regulatory changes.

You will connect customers with Internet Banking and other Retail Tech, maintain risk-related files, and collaborate with teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer customer service and/or retail cashier experience. Prior banking experience helpful.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to identify their needs and cross-sell to the appropriate banking products.
• Proficient in teller duties and provide customer service in the teller line.
• Responsible for IRA distributions and stay abreast of changes by attending IRA sessions.
