• Notary License is preferred
• NMLS registration may be required for the role

Responsibilities

• Drives client acquisition, retention, and relationship growth for the bank location by proactively identifying opportunities to deepen relationships
• Engages clients with curiosity, conducts needs-based discovery, and explains TD products and services
• Acts as a trusted client advocate by providing ongoing guidance and education on TD products and digital capabilities
• Delivers personalized solutions and next steps, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
• Provides exceptional service by resolving issues end-to-end and escalating when necessary
