Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years in client service, sales or relationship building.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred in a financial institution.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving in client interactions.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Completion of job-related training upon hire.
• Ability to obtain/maintain NMLS registration; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition at a bank location via walk-ins, leads and outreach.
• Engage clients with purpose and conduct discovery to uncover needs.
• Explain options clearly, including features, benefits and risks.
• Deliver personalized solutions and connect clients with products or partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow-up, and strong client relationships.
• Educate clients on TD products and digital capabilities to improve financial wellness.
• Build long-term client relationships with a client-first approach.
• Engage clients on mortgage products and referrals for mortgage solutions.
• Adhere to policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
