Job summary

TD Bank, N.A. is seeking a customer service–oriented associate in Cherry Hill, NJ to support everyday banking and consumer product needs. You will act as a hospitality ambassador, guide clients through transactions, and connect them with appropriate partners to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities include managing client flow, educating clients on products, and handling inquiries with accuracy and care. Evening/weekend availability and basic computer skills are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients; banking or teller experience preferred.
• Notary license is a plus; willingness to obtain one if needed.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and serving as the first point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals.
• Delivers hospitality, relationship-driven service and educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities.
• Identifies client needs and connects them to appropriate partners to achieve financial goals.
• Ensures compliance with risk and regulatory standards in all client interactions.
• Engages in proactive outreach to schedule appointments for consumer account needs and deepen relationships.
