Job summary

Cornerstone Bank in Rugby, ND is seeking a Personal Banking Associate/CSS to support Personal Bankers and help ensure smooth loan closings and account openings. You will receive training to provide backup services, collateral perfection, tracking, and ongoing monitoring support.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of bank or related experience, with a focus on accuracy under pressure.

What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for assisting the Personal Bankers. The incumbent will be trained to provide backup services, including collateral perfection and tracking, monitoring, tickler resolution and other duties necessary to assist the Personal Banker in providing timely loan closings/account openings as well as ongoing monitoring support. In addition, this position will be trained in all Customer Service Specialist duties.

• Ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy

High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
