Job summary

Cornerstone Bank in Rugby, ND is seeking a Personal Banking Associate/CSS to support Personal Bankers and provide backup services for loan closings and account openings. You will be trained in collateral perfection, tracking, tickler resolution and monitoring to ensure timely service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of banking experience, with excellent customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of bank or related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with bank policies and mortgage/investment products.

Responsibilities

• Assist Personal Bankers and provide backup services for loan closings and account openings.
• Support ongoing monitoring and collateral tracking.
• Learn and perform all Customer Service Specialist duties as trained.

What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for assisting the Personal Bankers. The incumbent will be trained to provide backup services, including collateral perfection and tracking, monitoring, tickler resolution and other duties necessary to assist the Personal Banker in providing timely loan closings/account openings as well as ongoing monitoring support. In addition, this position will be trained in all Customer Service Specialist duties.

• Knowledge of all bank deposit products and policies
• Basic knowledge of bank mortgage and investment products and services
• Ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy

Background & Experience

High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
