BMO Financial Group is seeking a customer-focused banking professional to deliver exceptional service in the branch. You will guide customers, discuss digital options, and make banking easy and fast across channels.

In this role you’ll identify needs, refer opportunities to partners, and support operations while maintaining compliance. A proactive, relationship-driven approach helps drive branch results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet and guide customers as they enter the branch lobby and discuss digital and self-serve options.
• Identify customer needs and provide advice on financial solutions in their best interests.
• Collaborate with BMO partners to refer opportunities and grow relationships beyond personal banking.
• Meet transaction-based needs with accurate, seamless execution; support operational activities and risk/compliance processes.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations about banking and credit card needs; contribute to branch goals and customer experience.
