Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations as applicable.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role and a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects and identifies needs to guide them to suitable financial solutions.
• Proactively engages with customers to grow loyalty through needs-based assessments.
• Advise on digital/self-serve options and assist with everyday banking, lending, and investments.
• Take credit recommendations for personal lending and home financing in line with policy.
• Collaborate with branch partners to deliver the desired customer experience and meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and privacy requirements and maintain data accuracy.
