Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification desirable or equivalent education/experience
• Social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools familiarity
• Consultative customer service or sales experience with a focus on personal customer experience
• Basic knowledge of specialized banking solutions to refer to specialists
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers entering the branch, explaining digital and self-serve options
• Identify referral opportunities with BMO partners to grow customer relationships
• Discuss banking services and provide financial guidance to customers
• Address transaction-based needs with accurate, seamless execution
• Assess customer profiles to identify banking and credit card opportunities
• Support branch operations, including inventory, applications, and administrative tasks
• Collaborate within a branch and with market team to achieve business goals
• Ensure compliance with risk, privacy, and regulatory requirements
