Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Familiarity with personal banking or investment concepts is beneficial.

• Welcomes and guides customers as they walk into the branch lobby and offers guidance on digital and self-serve options.
• Conducts client conversations about banking services to recommend channels and provide personal banking and investment advice.
• Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions in their best interests.
• Probes to understand personal banking and credit card needs and integrates marketing promotions into conversations.
• Supports branch operations including opening/closing activities, filing, and follow-up on applications.
