Competenze

• No prior experience is required; post-secondary degree or certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of personal, commercial and partner offers and how they serve customers.
• Comfort with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Able to help customers gain confidence in using digital tools.
• Professional presence and business communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and business banking solutions for referrals.
