Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker in Middletown, OH to deepen client relationships by serving existing clients and prospecting new ones. The role includes booking business, referring to Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banking, and Treasury Management as appropriate, and consistently supporting the bank's client experience initiatives.

You will open accounts, perform maintenance, and assist clients at the branch, drive-thru, by phone and email.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 2-3 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales is preferred.
• Possesses strong sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run a Teller drawer as deemed necessary by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring appropriate banking solutions to clients.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory procedures.
