Job summary

You will open accounts, perform maintenance, and support client engagement with calls and conversations.

The role requires 3–4 years of client service and sales experience, notary eligibility, and solid knowledge of bank products.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with success in achieving sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• May obtain notary authorization.
• Strong bank product knowledge and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance as needed.
• Run teller drawer as deemed necessary by management.
• Engage clients through active calling and conversations.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet client financial needs.
• Travel up to 60 miles per day between banking centers.
