Job summary

Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor at our Naples, FL branch to serve as a financial consultant for members, guiding their financial needs and delivering outstanding service. You will set up new accounts, process loans, and help clients explore a broad range of banking products while building long-term relationships.

In this role you’ll cross-sell loans, credit cards, mortgages, and investment options, meet branch goals, mentor colleagues, and uphold our PRIDE

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer and business accounts and loans preferred; regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Promote trusted, consultative member interactions and cross-sell banking products.
• Process new consumer accounts, loans, credit cards, and mortgages.
• Meet branch sales and service targets and support community engagement.
• Mentor peers and participate in branch projects and culture.
• Assist in branch operations and peak-time supervision as needed.
