Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to be based in Pinehurst, NC. You will acquire and deepen the branch customer base, drive proactive sales conversations, and deliver a differentiated customer experience that reinforces customer loyalty.

You will collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet, educate customers on digital tools, and manage risk through adherence to policies while supporting daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge preferred.
• Associates or equivalent degree; in lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products and digital channels beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations with a defined process including outbound calling and effective lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty by delivering a differentiated customer experience and educating customers on digital tools.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems and drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies, performing duties accurately, and supporting branch operations.
