Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in a financial institution as a personal banker & teller.
• Knowledge of financial institution operating policies and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the friendly front-desk associate for all entering bank clients.
• Handle cash transactions, daily drawer, and branch proofing per policy.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, money orders, and traveler’s checks accurately.
• Maintain cash on hand and daily proof records with acceptable variances.
• Provide in-branch services: opening new accounts, transfers, and record updates.
• Support clients with balance inquiries, address changes, and stop payments.
• Drive sales by recommending Bank products and services to meet client needs.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures while maintaining security policies.
• Control access to safe deposit area and assist with issue resolution.
