Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Personal Banking Representative in Abilene, TX to serve customers with accounts, deposits, and everyday banking needs. You will open, maintain, and service checking and savings accounts, process transactions, and explain banking products while upholding policies.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of administrative or customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or business coursework preferred.
• 1+ year administrative/clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain checking, savings, CDs, and other deposit accounts.
• Assist customers with account changes, documentation, and questions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check orders, and other transactions.
• Explain banking products and services and identify opportunities to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service.
• Ensure account documentation and customer information are accurate.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and account information.
