Responsibilities

• Act as the pleasant front-response associate to all entering bank clients.
• Cash handling, including maintenance of drawer and daily branch capture, disbursements & deposits and recording, proofing transactions per bank policies.
• Accurately conduct all credit and debit transactions including deposits/withdrawals, endorsements, and cashing.
• Maintain cash supply and daily proof records with acceptable differences.
• Provide in-banking center services: opening new accounts, checks, money transfers, bonds, etc.
• Serve client needs including address changes, stop payments, balances, and records updates.
• Achieve sales goals by recommending Bank products to clients and cross-selling when appropriate.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and maintain banking security during lobby operations.
• Control access to Safe deposit area following procedures.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals.
