Fifth Third Bank is offering a Retail Personal Banker I program at the West Meade area. Selected candidates will rotate through operations and Sales & Service during onboarding and obtain certification to advance within the Retail Personal Banker family.

The role focuses on consultative sales, acquiring new households, and strengthening existing customer relationships while handling teller transactions and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience using consultative sales to identify customer needs.
• Ability to cross-sell and build relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with retail financial products and services.
