Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Cash handling or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain high-value consumer and business client relationships.
• Educate clients on banking products and resolve issues to build trust.
• Identify needs through profiling and suggest cross-sell opportunities.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones.
• Meet defined sales and service goals.
• Support branches with coverage and onboarding of new clients.
• Handle teller transactions and balance cash daily.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and comply with ethics.
