Job summary

Citizens Alliance Bank is seeking a Teller/Personal Banker who will handle daily transactions, assist customers with deposits and new accounts, and promote the bank's products and services. The role requires strong customer service, accurate cash handling, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge preferred.
• One to Three years of banking experience preferred.
• One to Three years of Administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions through teller platform including cash handling, deposits, and payments.
• Assist with end-of-day processing and verification.
• Provide account information and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Open new deposit accounts and help customers access and manage products and services.
• Promote bank products and services to generate customer action.
• Ensure documentation complies with bank policies and regulations.
• Maintain customer relationships and cross-sell products as appropriate.
• Read, interpret, and apply bank policies and operating manuals.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Adhere to MFA security requirements when applicable.
• Travel for training as needed.
• Support adherence to BSA/AML regulations.
