Job summary

PNC is seeking a Branch Sales Associate to grow the customer base and deepen financial relationships in our Antioch location. You will engage customers with proactive sales conversations, identify appropriate PNC solutions, and leverage partnerships to expand wallet share while delivering exceptional customer service.

As a frontline banking professional, you will help educate customers on financial options, manage risk, and participate in daily branch operations to ensure accurate and efficient

Qualifications

• Role requires solid knowledge, skills and abilities across banking, sales and customer service.
• 3+ years experience in similar banking/retail roles recommended; degree or equivalent may be considered.
• Understanding of banking products, risk awareness and customer needs.
• Licensure/certifications not required for this entry position.
