Job summary

Wells Fargo in Texas is seeking a customer service specialist to build lasting relationships and assist customers with banking needs. You will handle cash on the teller line, support new account openings, and refer clients to appropriate banking products and services.

You will use digital tools and CRM software to deliver accurate, compliant service, collaborate with branch teammates, and maintain adherence to risk controls. Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of interacting with customers.
• Experience in financial services or a highly regulated, customer-facing role.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships through active listening, follow-up, and engagement.
• Comfort initiating outreach through calls, emails, or other channels.
• Comfort with digital tools and learning new systems.
• Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to solutions.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• SAFE Registration required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date.
• Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements.
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
