Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer-facing experience.
• Experience in financial services or a highly regulated, customer-facing role.
• Experience building trust-based customer relationships.
• Comfort initiating outreach through calls, emails, or other channels.
• Comfort with digital tools and learning new systems.
• Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Ability to follow policies and regulations and elevate risk concerns.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
• SAFE Registration required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after start date.
• Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies.
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations

• Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities, promoting solutions, and making appropriate referrals
• Support new account openings, service requests, and credit applications
• Perform cash handling and teller line activities while maintaining compliance and operational standards
• Use and adopt digital tools and technologies to enhance customer experience
• Deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls
• Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers and specialists
• Flex between cash handling and customer banking activities to support branch operations
