Qualifications

2+ years in customer service or related work experience.

Ability to build trust and credibility with customers and partners.
Willingness to complete licensing and FINRA registrations.
Ability to work Saturdays and comply with policy requirements.

Responsibilities

Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships.
Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies.
Strengthen relationships, increase retention, and drive balanced growth across deposits, lending, and investments.
Partner with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking professionals to deliver integrated solutions.
Coordinate warm introductions, set expectations, and convert qualified opportunities into closed outcomes.
Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options to promote digital adoption.
Resolve account inquiries and service requests within authorized limits.
Document actions and establish follow-up plans.
Demonstrate risk excellence through accurate documentation, sound judgment, timely escalation, and policy and regulatory adherence.
Support customers through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, proactive outreach, account opening, and everyday banking activities.
Transition from the temporary Relationship Banker LP role to Relationship Banker (SAFE) after completing licensing and SAFE requirements.
