Job summary

Wells Fargo is hiring a Relationship Banker via a temporary LP transition to Relationship Banker (SAFE) in a Texas market. You will cultivate consumer and business banking relationships, conduct discovery conversations to tailor strategies, and drive growth across deposits, lending, and investments.

You will lead with client education on digital tools, coordinate with Wealth and Lending partners, and ensure compliance and documentation standards throughout the process.

Qualifications

• : 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships
• Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies
• Increase retention and drive balanced growth across deposits, lending, and investments
• Coordinate warm introductions and integrated solutions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners
• Convert qualified opportunities into closed outcomes and take ownership of follow-through
• Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options to promote digital adoption
• Resolve account inquiries and service requests within authorized limits
• Document actions and set follow-up plans
• Demonstrate risk excellence through accurate documentation, sound judgment, timely escalation, and policy adherence
• Complete licensing and SAFE requirements as part of the temporary Relationship Banker LP transition to Relationship Banker (SAFE)
