Qualifications

• 6+ months of interacting with customers in a role or training.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated customer-facing role is desired.
• Ability to initiate outreach via calls, emails, or other channels is desired.
• Comfort with digital tools and learning new systems is desired.
• Ability to identify customer needs and connect to solutions is desired.
• Willingness to travel 100% within the assigned geography and to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized banking support across multiple branch locations.
• Cover banker and teller absences and fill open positions as needed.
• Adapt to new branch environments, teams, and customer needs while maintaining service quality.
• Build customer relationships through proactive conversations and outreach.
• Conduct discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs.
• Connect customers with relevant banking products, services, solutions, and digital tools.
• Identify opportunities, promote solutions, and make referrals to meet customer and business goals.
• Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
• Perform cash handling and teller line activities and process transactions accurately.
• Use digital tools and technologies to enhance customer experience.
• Deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls.
• Coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers and other specialists.
• Support branch operations by flexing between cash handling and customer banking activities.
