National Bank of Arizona, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker for the Willow Creek/Prescott (AZ) area. The role emphasizes building trusted customer relationships through personalized service and proactive banking solutions.

You will handle new accounts, consumer loans, and applications while guiding clients to the right bank products. Strong communication, cross-selling and math skills are valued in a collaborative, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years' experience in sales or banking.
• Experience in a financial sales role preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act.

Responsibilities

• Performs full-service banking services to new and existing customers with a primary focus on sales and service.
• Resolve client concerns through direct personal action or by referring clients to another department.
• Make referrals for other bank products and services, including lending products.
• Establishes, expands and maintains strong customer relationships with personalized service.
• May perform cash transactions, open or update accounts, and originate/close consumer or small business loans.
• Follow up with clients as needed.
