PNC is seeking a Personal Banker in Lexington, KY at the New Circle Road Branch to acquire and deepen the branch customer base. You will drive proactive sales, deliver a complete PNC conversation, and help customers improve their financial wellbeing through tailored solutions.

You will collaborate with ecosystem partners, educate customers on technology tools, and contribute to a differentiated customer experience while adhering to branch policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Roles typically require an Associates or equivalent degree with related experience; typically 3+ years experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet and loyalty.
