Job summary

Selfreliance Federal Credit Union in Minnetonka, MN seeks a Universal Member Service Representative (Personal Banker) to join our team. The UMSR delivers prompt, accurate service in person, by phone, and online, combining teller transactions with account servicing and loan processing to meet members' needs.

The role requires handling financial transactions, assisting with a broad range of products, and maintaining high accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales; banking experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Data Processing Platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.

Responsibilities

• Continually identify members' financial needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services.
• Open and service all consumer and business accounts.
• Assist members with a wide range of financial transactions, including teller transactions, member service issues, account maintenance, wire transfers, consumer loans, credit and debit card services, and other branch duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
