Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II) to deliver World Class service at our branch locations in Pasadena, TX. You will handle savings, loans, and related transactions while promoting credit union products and maintaining strong member relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a notary license. Some roles may require DMV-related training; regulatory compliance and daily teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of prior related experience required.
• Notary License (if not already licensed, completing notary training and licensing will be required).
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provides World Class Member service to Members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Promotes credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Processes transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary services.
• Performs file maintenance requests (address changes, check orders, ATM cards).
• Assists with branch preparation and vault/night drop duties as assigned.
• Maintains knowledge of savings and loan products and services.
• Delivers consultative services to Members regarding products by assessing needs.
• Ensures compliance with state/federal laws and training requirements.
