City National Bank of West Virginia is seeking an Hourly Full-Time Personal Banker in Verona, VA to deliver exceptional customer service and promote bank products at the branch. You will manage lobby traffic and handle routine transactions while building lasting customer relationships.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated sales and service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize to ensure excellent customer service.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of retail banking experience preferred.
• Must comply with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and Regulation Z requirements.
• Work indoors in an environmentally controlled environment.

• Provides excellent customer service and resolves routine problems as the primary contact for customers.
• Actively promotes and sells bank products and services by identifying customer needs.
• Accurately processes routine banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.).
• Maintains and balances a working cash supply and handles cash transactions.
• Assists customers with routine and complex service issues to complete resolution.
• Assists with loan applications, gathers documents, submits to loans department, and closes loans as needed.
• Meets production goals for retail loans, checking accounts, and referrals; contributes to branch goals.
• Develops customer relationships and seeks referrals from existing customers.
• References customers to other departments as needed and stays up-to-date on products.
• Follows regulatory, audit, and compliance policies and completes required training.
