Job summary

The candidate should have a HS Diploma or equivalent, two years of retail banking sales experience, reliable transportation, and availability for branch hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail banking sales experience or other relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain a NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to learn customers' financial goals and connect them to solutions.
• Create and manage a loan pipeline with strong closing conversions for home equity, personal loans, auto loans, and mortgage referrals.
• Grow the customer base through networking, conversations, business development, and proactive sourcing.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash drawer handling, and bank documentation per standards.
• Meet daily KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experience.
