During training you’ll have hands-on coaching, self-paced eLearning, on-the-job practice and a support team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales within a financial services environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to participate in a structured training program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience and build long-term relationships.
• Open retail products for new and existing clients and make recommendations.
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, and mobile features.
• Resolve client questions and issues with accuracy and empathy.
• Support clients with teller transactions and account inquiries.
• Follow internal controls and assist with compliance requirements.
• Engage in coaching and development to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
