Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates to join a Retail Personal Banker II onboarding program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service. The role focuses on consultative selling, building customer relationships, and promoting a full range of banking products to meet customer needs.

Successful candidates will complete training, work toward NMLS certification, and contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth across the Financial Center.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferable skills.
• Experience in financial services and sales is preferred.
• Ability to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail and small business products and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell deposits, loans, and fee-based services to customers.
