Job summary

Citadel Credit Union in West Chester, PA seeks a customer-focused sales and service associate to open accounts, process deposits and loans, and cross-sell credit union products. You will build relationships and help clients achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience.
3+ years sales and face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
Prior financial industry experience preferred.
NMLS preferred.
Notary preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate courtesy and efficiency with customers and exceed expectations.
Promote Citadel products and services to meet sales goals.
Accurately handle financial transactions including cash handling and teller duties.
Offer consultative services to meet customers' financial goals.
