Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an energetic Retail Banking Sales professional to build relationships, identify client needs, and recommend financial solutions in a Denver area branch. You will manage a loan pipeline, cross-sell home equity loans, auto loans, and personal loans while delivering excellent service.

The role rewards proactive networking, strong closing conversions, and the ability to coach teammates. Requires 2 years of sales experience and NMLS within 90 days; bilingual skills are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail banking sales experience or other relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain an NMLS registration within 90 days
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Strong business development capabilities for growing a personal book of business

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and recommend and sell banking products and services
• Identify customer needs and offer financial solutions
• Ask personalized questions to understand customers’ financial goals
• Create and manage a loan pipeline with strong closing conversions
• Prospect and cross-sell home equity loans and lines of credit, unsecured personal loans, auto loans, and mortgage referrals
• Source consumer lending opportunities through networking, customer conversations, business development, and proactive sourcing
• Perform transactions, manage a cash drawer, and complete bank documentation according to industry and legal standards
• Challenge daily key performance metrics while balancing competing priorities and delivering a strong customer experience
• Coach others as a sales mentor
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings


• Ability to obtain a NMLS registration within 90 days

• Basic math skills and ability to problem solve within established risk parameters/tolerances
