Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Indian Land, South Carolina is launching a Retail Personal Banker I program designed to train you through a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and sales. The program concludes with certification to qualify for the Retail Personal Banker role.

As a Personal Banker I, you will use consultative selling to identify financial needs, cross-sell banking products, and build lasting relationships with customers and prospects.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant experience in financial services preferred.
• Sales experience and ability to analyze financial information are valued.
• Must be able to obtain NMLS registration through appropriate channels.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify customer financial needs.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer to partners when appropriate.
• Work with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Assist in opening/servicing accounts and handling teller duties as needed.
