Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience with customers and sales.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Willing to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Convert transactions into cross-sell opportunities by asking personalized questions.
• Create sales opportunities by calling leads, visiting businesses, and developing referral networks.
• Achieve daily KPIs while balancing competing priorities.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
