Job summary

Civista Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I to develop customer relationships using a consultative sales approach and provide solutions to help clients reach financial goals. The role supports the retail banking team with sales, service and operations, reinforcing Civista Bank's mission to improve the financial lives of customers and shareholders.

Qualifications

2-3 years of teller experience is required.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills are expected.
Detail oriented with the ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruptions.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Above average knowledge of technology and willingness to adapt to new software technologies.

Responsibilities

Daily engagement of customers to build relationships and provide exceptional service.
Open new accounts, perform maintenance, meet cross-sell goals and solve problems.
Adhere to procedures and adapt to new systems to support the bank.
Execute customer requests with speed and accuracy and maintain cash levels.
