Job summary

Great Southern Bank in Kansas is seeking a Banking Center Associate to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and build lasting relationships with customers. You will open new accounts, process loan requests, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while using CRM tools to profile customers and identify needs.

This role offers daily branch interactions and growth opportunities in a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of related sales/customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to use CRM systems and financial software with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Implements and administers procedures to attain established performance goals set forth by Management.
Develops customer relationships by identifying needs and making appropriate recommendations for products and/or services.
Provides professional, courteous service to all customers including opening new accounts and processing loan requests.
Maintains a strong working knowledge of and ensures full compliance with all applicable banking regulations; maintains confidentiality of customer information.
Reads, writes, and communicates clearly via in person, phone, email, letters, etc.; adheres to all company policies and banking rules.
