Job summary

Great Southern Bank is seeking a Banking Center Associate to help attain sales goals, provide customer support, and develop customer relationships at our Mansfield, MO location.

Responsibilities include opening new accounts, processing loan requests, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leveraging CRM for customer profiling and referrals. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required, with prior banking or sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Regular use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems.

Responsibilities

• Attain production goals and meet banking center standards.
• Develop customer relationships by identifying needs and making appropriate recommendations; seek referrals and use CRM.
• Open new accounts and process loan requests with accuracy; meet Secret Shop score expectations.
