Fifth Third Bank, Northfield, MN, is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I, enrolled in a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to qualify for the Retail Personal Banker role.

This position uses a consultative sales process to identify customer needs, cross-sell bank products, and build lasting relationships while upholding risk controls and bank policies.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Use the consultative sales process and financial needs assessment to build client profiles and identify needs.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail policies to make sound decisions and mitigate risk.
