Job summary

WSFS Bank is hiring Personal Bankers to open accounts, process loans, and support customers with teller transactions. You will learn to promote digital banking services while providing friendly, accurate service. The role includes a 4–6 month training period, a 40-hour work week, and a rotating schedule with 2–3 Saturdays per month.

The position offers base salary, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package; bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred and banking experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Prior cash handling and sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use multiple banking software programs.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and account maintenance.
• Educate customers on digital banking services and promote products.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
• Handle outbound calling activities as needed during training.
