Responsibilities

• Assists customers with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services, and resolves problems within authority.
• Supports Relationship Managers in processing loans and coordinating closings.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers customers to appropriate products.
• Performs teller duties as needed.
• Works in the Contact Center as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements.
