Job summary

First Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I to assess customer needs, recommend banking products, and build lasting relationships at the service window and in needs assessments. Under supervision, you will generate leads and deliver a great customer experience while supporting multiple branch locations as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years of banking experience or related customer sales experience. A strong foundation in sales, compliance, and customer service will help drive referrals and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers.
• Basic knowledge of bank operations and products helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Personal Banker and Service Representative functions to deliver efficient service.
• Provide transactional support and ensure accuracy in service area tasks.
• Open personal and business accounts and prepare related documents.
• Process loan applications and related banking requests.
• Assist customers with deposits, cards, transfers, and other banking needs.
• Follow security procedures and compliance guidelines.
