Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in reception or secretarial duties is a plus.
• In-house or financial industry training is beneficial.
• Knowledge of bank operations, products, and regulatory basics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer use including word processing, spreadsheets, and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Personal Banker and Service Representative functions to deliver efficient service.
• Provide transactional support to tellers and maintain 75% dual control as applicable.
• Open personal and business accounts and prepare related paperwork.
• Input and close personal loan applications including DDA lines of credit and credit cards.
• Assist customers with requests, research, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Process non-post reports, wire transfers, card orders, address changes, and related branch tasks.
• Understand and follow security procedures for branch operations.
• Interact with customers via phone or in-person and support multiple branches.
