Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferable skills; combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and other Marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish close working relationships with assigned business partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and follow risk and compliance policies.
