First Community Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker for the Rice Village location in Houston, TX. The PB will work with existing members and recruit new members to use credit union products and services.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales or financial institution experience with a track record of meeting quotas, plus strong customer service and administrative skills. Saturday availability is required, and a robust benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to three years prior sales or financial institution experience with quota achievement.
• Strong customer service and cross-sell abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments and administrative tasks.
